I am being introduced to a man named Greg who is the director of a nonprofit organization that focuses on receiving supplies and then distributing them to other organizations that need such supplies. Much like the salvation army only instead of selling the donated goods to the public they distribute them to other organizations for a price. At first I am really impressed with this organization and want to learn more about how they operate and consider what it would look like to do something similar or to support them. I am in Greg's office and trying to figure out his role because he seems like the boss but he refers to someone else as the Founder and Executive Director. Then I see a picture on the wall of a man that looks ill (a black and white photo) and I realize that Greg is the acting director while this other man is out, potentially indefinitely.
Scene Change:
Now I am in a house that reminds me of a house that I would see in San Francisco. A Victorian-style home with two stories. I am helping Greg move some furniture and equipment for a job. Some donations and my lawn mower. I am telling him how best to load the stuff in my van and he is impressed with how I am able to fit everything in. After we load all of the stuff into the van, we then start to drive to our destination. Greg is behind the wheel and there are several people in the car including myself and a young girl who is newly pregnant. She is obviously a good friend and we are talking to each other during the drive. After some time, I tell her how much I love her (as a friend kind of way) and then we hug and there is obviously some emotion and a desire to kiss (even though I haven't thought of her as anything more than a friend, still that moment created a feeling of affection). She stopped short of kissing me and said I am not ready for a relationship right now just sex. I'm instantly taken back by the crassness of her statement...
Scene Change:
We are now realizing that Greg is driving very fast down the steep San Francisco streets. At first he is slowing down and coming to stops at the stop lights, but as time goes on he starts running the red lights and saying how useless the lights are and with much arrogance starts ranting about how amazing he is and all the money he makes. At this point we are all very worried and Greg is driving faster and more carelessly. Then he notices that the number 3 is hanging on the side of the car (it looked kind of like a number you would see on a house for an address) it was falling off the car. Just as Greg saw this he was worried it would fall off and get lost, meanwhile he's running another red light and a car T-bones us.
Scene Change:
Next, the pregnant girl and others from our van are running to get help from local houses around us and the accident. They have blood on their clothes and a kid from one of the houses says he'll help, but the girl wants him to get his dad instead, however, he confidently refuses saying he knows what to do. I then see myself at the van bloody and in critical condition.
The End!
