I am driving to a mall while talking on the phone with my parents, as well as my brother and sister-in-law trying to arrange a place to meet up. I stop off to buy some gifts for my niece and nephew. I get a call from my wife and she hasn't left to meet up with us yet. She says she and the girls are still in their PJs relaxing and wants to know if they can stay home. I tell her I would love to have them since this is a family gathering.
My parents call back because they are lost and can't find the meeting place. I walk them through the directions to get to the auto shop where I am. The mechanic is waiting for me to get off the phone to talk. He is very anxious and seems distraught although putting on a friendly face and ready to assist me. I tell him I need an oil change but don't have an appointment and ask if he can fit me in. He says no problem but he needs me to pull the car into the garage by using a miniature forklift to tow the car around the back to get it into the shop. I tell him I'm not good at driving a forklift but he insists. As I am trying to figure it out the forklift gets stuck. He tries to tell me how simple it is but I can't go any further so he takes it the rest of the way. He gets to the back of the garage but there is a door closed that won't allow the car to pull in. He knocks on the door and one of his workers replies "I'm in here". It appears to be a bathroom. The owner anxiously and impatiently continues to knock and tells the guy to hurry and get out. The employee tells the boss that he is violating his privacy. Finally the staff member leaves and we get the car in for the oil change. I ask how long it might take, thinking 20min, but he says 3 hours.
Scene Change:
I am now in the waiting room with my parents, my sister-in-law, her two kids, and my oldest daughter (who in this dream looks to be about 4 yrs old). The wife of the owner is there and from our conversation I understand they are struggling financially. There is a large picture within a picture frame that the wife tries to hang in the hallway. I can't see the picture just the corner of the frame. She isn't able to hang it and puts it down and won't allow us to help. She leaves the room and I notice my daughter is picking it up trying to help. Now in my mind I know that she wants to help but it is too big for her and if she drops it it will break, but I just watch and let her continue all the while knowing exactly what will happen. Now the owner made it clear that this was a special picture and that is why we couldn't help. Now the owner sees my daughter with the picture but before he can say anything a side door opens and it knocks the picture out of her hands onto the floor and breaks. Of course, the owner is distraught and goes to pick up the broken frame. My daughter starts to pick up a big piece of glass but I pull her away so she doesn't cut herself. At that point I see the picture and it is a picture of a beautiful bold eagle soaring in the sky. I tell the owner I will pay to have it fixed but he is busy cleaning it up and not interested in what I'm saying.
Scene Change:
We are now getting ready to leave and I am paying for the service and ask him if $50 is enough for the picture. He says he can't take money because he is liable for putting customers in harm's way. I told him I am giving him cash so it is off the books. I realize I am short on cash and ask to borrow from my dad and he gives me some cash. I want to bless this man and as I give him cash my dad comes over and gives him more. I ask him and his wife if I could pray for them as it seems they are under attack from the enemy. They say yes and I begin to pray protection, favor and blessing over them and their business. I pray while walking around their property. I notice their employee laughing and mocking the whole thing but I ignore him and continue to pray.
The End!
